previously it was not detecting Microsoft.
Problem:
i use Microsoft store version of python and it was not able to detect it.
so instead of just re-installing the python from the official source (python.org)
i fixed the problem.
Fix:
Now it also detect the python version from Microsoft store.
Fully tested and working on my system make sure it is in your as well ! :)
